Are you open?

We are open! Our sales and service departments are operating and you can find our current hours online, or call or contact us where you can arrange an appointment in our service center or showroom.

Are masks and social distancing enforced?

Everyone who enters our showroom or service center must where a mask and adhere to social distancing guidelines maintaining 6-feet between one another. If you do not have a mask we will provide one for you. Only those who have an underlying condition that prevents them from wearing a mask will be allow to proceed without one.

How are you keeping your facilities clean and safe?

Throughout our dealership there are hand sanitizer stations set up. We also are using plexiglass barriers to separate dealership personnel and customers confined in small areas like counters or desks. We also or cleaning and disinfecting our high-touch areas multiple times daily, and have professional cleanings done with regularity.

Can I buy my new or used car online?

There are many tools you can use to complete much of the buying process of your next vehicle from home. This includes browsing current inventory, getting pre-qualified for financing, filling out our online finance application, getting your trade in value and more with Nielsen Ford Fast Pass.

Can I still test drive cars, trucks and SUVs?

Yes. We can still arrange a test drive, and will take the right precautions such as wearing masks while driving and making sure the vehicle is disinfected before you get in.

How are you keeping my serviced vehicle or new vehicle purchase clean?

With the DrivePur Purification System, all our vehicles sold to you get this treatment which kills all germs, viruses, and bacteria inside a vehicle and keeps it safe for up to 6 months. We also make sure to wipe down all areas we touch in your vehicle when you have a service visit.

What services are you offering?

You will be able to find the complete array of services from routine and factory maintenance to any vehicle issues you might be having, and we encourage you to make an appointment online or by phone.

Can I still buy parts?

Our parts center is open and our team can help you find the right Ford parts or accessories you need for your vehicle, so contact us online or by phone to get more details.

What if I have experienced financial hardship or job loss during the pandemic and need payment assistance?

There are options for those who have had direct COVID-19 related job loss via Ford Financial Services for qualified leases or those who purchased a vehicle via Ford Financial Services. You can contact us and we'd be happy to provide you with assistance.
